MINUTES OF PEOTONE PARK DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING OCTOBER 24^th 2021  

1. ROLL CALL: Special meeting called to order at 10:30am. Present Barbara Sim, Jacklyn Van Overmeiren, and Lindsey Schwiesow. Absent Shaun Ziems.
2. NEW BUSINESS
3. APPROVAL OF REPLACEMENT LIGHTING TO SOFTBALL AND EAST & WEST FIELDS BY PROJECT GREEN ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS, INC.  -Motion to approve with a budget of up to $1,000.00 by Barb Sim, seconded by Jackie Van Overmeiren.  Barb Sim yes, Jackie Van Overmeiren yes, Lindsey Schwiesow yes.  Motion passed 3/0.
4. ADJOURNMENT – Motion to adjourn by Barb Sim, seconded by Jackie Van Overmeiren.  Barb Sim yes, Jackie Van Overmeiren yes, Lindsey Schwiesow yes.  Motion passed 3/0.
