MINUTES OF PEOTONE PARK DISTRICT BOARD SPECIAL MEETING OF July 19^th 2022

1. ROLL CALL: Peotone Park District special meeting called to order at 6:45 PM. Present were Shaun Ziems, Lindsey Schwiesow, Aimee Saari, Jacklyn Van Overmeiren absent Barb Sim.
2. NEW BUSINESS
   A. PUBLIC HEARING ON PRELIMINARY BUDGET & APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE -Motion to approve as presented by Shaun Ziems, Seconded by Lindsey Schwiesow.  Shaun Ziems yes, Lindsey Schwiesow yes, Aimee Saari yes, Jacklyn Van Overmeiren yes. Motion passes 4/0
   B. APPROVE BUDGET & APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE-Motion to approve as presented Shaun Ziems, Seconded by Lindsey Schwiesow.  Shaun Ziems yes, Lindsey Schwiesow yes, Aimee Saari yes, Jacklyn Van Overmeiren yes. Motion passes 4/0
