Board Members Present – Shaun Ziems, Lindsay Schweisow, Jackie VanOvermeiren, Aimee Saari, Barb Sim

Board Members Absent –

Staff Present – Kelly LaMore, Jeff Eschbach

The meeting was called to order by President Sim at 6:15 p.m. Roll call was taken. Quorum was present.

Public Comment – None

New Business –

Motion to approve the 2024-2025 Budget & Appropriations Ordinance by Ziems, Second by VanOvermeiren.  Roll call vote, Ziems – yes, VanOvermeiren – yes, Schweisow – yes, Saari – yes, Sim – yes.  Motion carried. 5/0

Adjournment –

Motion to adjourn at 6:24 pm by Schwiesow, second by Saari. Voice vote, .otion carried.
