Looking for a new fitness routine? Come check out ZUMBA! Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness. It’s a great workout for all ages.
Instructors: Licensed Zumba Instructors, Breann Kalafut & Samantha Patti
Saturdays- 8-week class begins June 4 9:oo am
Tuesdays- 8-week class begins June 14 7:00 pm
