Larissa uses martial arts to practice everyday life skills kids can apply to their daily lives in a fun, upbeat environment with the goal of building self-esteem and creating life long relationships. Participants will learn self defense, discipline, courage, and confidence while working on their physical fitness. This class meets eight times.

Instructor: Larissa Demakos

Dates: Saturdays, March 29 – May 24  (No class April 19)

Times 4-6 years – 10:00-10:30 a.m.

Fee: In-District $120/Out-of-District $135
