This comprehensive course is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required to proficiently use Microsoft Applications to include Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, while applying them to contemporary business practices. The course is structured around the latest business trends, ensuring that students can effectively apply their skills in real-world scenarios. Additionally, this course is designed to provide fundamental knowledge and skills for effectively using a computer’s file management system. Exploring and implementing skills which are crucial for everyday tasks and computer literacy using File Explorer to properly navigate the file system hierarchy, understanding drives, folders, and files, and learning how to navigate through them.
This course will be held at Peotone High School, room 226. Students are encouraged to bring a lunch. Breaks will be provided throughout the workshop. This will be a hands-on experience with live instructions. No previous experience necessary.
