MINUTES OF PEOTONE PARK DISTRICT EXECUTIVE SESSION MARCH 17, 2022
Motion to enter Executive Session by Barbara Sim, seconded by Jackie Van Overmeiren. Consensus 4/0. 7:31 p.m.
Present: Lindsey Schwiesow, Barbara Sim, Jackie Van Overmeiren, Shaun Ziems.
Purpose of Executive Session:
- Discussion of employee pay:
- Kelly LaMore to begin managing all Park employees, including Jeff Eschbach. Pay to increase to $20 hour/salary of $41,600 annual, effective pay period beginning 3.14.22. Kelly will be exempt employee, no longer calculating overtime pay.
- Consensus to increase hourly pay rate to $20.00/ $41,600 annual salary beginning with work week of 3.14.22.
- Ayes: 4 Nays: 0
- Discussion of employee pay:
- Jeff Eschbach receive 8% Cost of Living (COL) pay raise of $1.20 per hour effective pay period beginning 3.14.22. Jeff will remain supervisor of maintenance staff.
- Consensus to increase hourly pay rate to $16.20 (+$1.20) beginning work week 3.14.22.
- Ayes: 4 Nays: 0
