Youth Sports Performance Training 1st – 4th Grades

Stay fit this summer by joining us for a weekly workout. We will work on drills to get faster, stronger, and more agile. This will involve lots of fun and competitive games. We will also test speed weekly to see our progress. This program is sponsored in part by a PowerPlay! Grant through the Illinois Association of Park Districts.
