Learn how to create a charcuterie arrangement, on a wood board, by using specially selected meats, cheeses and other accompaniments. All charcuterie supplies will be provided by Wild Irish Rose Grazing and you will leave with an arrangement and some new skills to WOW your family and friends. Feel free to bring your favorite adult beverage to enjoy while you work.

Please bring your own small cutting board and pairing knife for class.
