Park District meeting called to order at 6:30 pm. Present Lindsey Schwiesow, Barbara Sim, Jackie Van Overmeiren, Shaun Ziems.
- PURPOSE
- PUBLIC COMMENT – None.
Motion to go into Executive Session by Shaun Ziems, seconded by Jackie Van Overmeiren. 6:31 pm. Roll call: Shaun Ziems yes, Jackie Van Overmeiren yes, Lindsey Schwiesow yes, Barbara Sim yes. Motion passed 4/0.
Motion to reconvene special Board Meeting by Shaun Ziems seconded by Jackie Van Overmeiren. 9:30 pm. Roll call: Shaun Ziems yes, Jackie Van Overmeiren yes, Lindsey Schwiesow yes, Barbara Sim yes. Motion passed 4/0.
- HIRING PARK MANAGER Board consensus to offer Kelly LaMore position as Park Manager with pay of $16.00 hourly, 32–40-hour work weeks. Barb will reach out to Kelly with offer from Park. If accepted, other applicants will be contacted with Board’s decision.
- ADJOURNMENT Motion to adjourn by Shaun Ziems, seconded by Jackie Van Overmeiren. Roll Call: Shaun Ziems yes, Jackie Van Overmeiren yes, Lindsey Schwiesow yes, Barbara Sim yes. Meeting adjourned at 9:40 pm.
